HTML Realtime Clock

Hello all. Would it be possible for someone to point me in the direction of a free HTML clock?

All I want to do is have a clock display along side my "top navigation bar".

Example:

Would you advise a clock that can update from the web or would I be better with a clock that updates from a visitors own clock?

I just want a free clock with no ads.

Have you browsed the Date and Time (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex6/index.html) section of DD? There are a few live date/time scripts there, including local ones.
