I have already modiefied this example from this site to what I needed but the only thing I can't figure out is how to make it multi-leveled.

Check out cssMenus (http://solardreamstudios.com/learn/css/cssmenus) by solarDreamStudios (http://solardreamstudios.com) its CSS Powered and has very little JavaScript. Also it's Multi-Leveled, Using a list.
