Blog Type Service

If any one knows of a program(script) that I can download somewhere that is like blogger can you let me know. I want to setup up a free service where people host a blog on my domian (eg: www.mydomian.com/yourname) They would have the pretty much the same features as they do in blogger.com's setup.

First you will need a blog script to install, and the SQL dbs to support it, typo is a good blog.

Then you will need some form of php/SQL to run an automatic set up when a new person fills out the form with all the info needed for an install.

of course you will need the bandwidth and space for all that too :)
