Price/value-wise, I like Internet Runner (http://www.internetrunner.com/) (I'm with them at the moment). They also sell webspace on eBay occasionally for a tenth of the price listed -- I got the Unlimited package for a year for £3.99.

dotservant.com (http://www.dotservant.com/) are my old host. They're much more expensive, but their support is far better if you need it.
