Resizing iFrames??

Hello All!
Ok, this is my problem. I have a site where I have three iFrames. So, there would be these files.

Index.htm, topframe.htm, middleframe.htm and bottomframe.htm

Now, I need to be able to resize the middleframe without alter the index.htm file. Is this possible. It's so that I can fit content in the frames without having to see a dragbar or whetever in the frame. Want it nice and clean.

So is there a possible way to do this?

Thank u soo much! That's just what I needed! Now I don't need to hazzle with the flash FsCommand function and get that working. This forum is right down awesome!

Finally I can move on with the coding! :D
