AJAX Grid like EBA Grid V3?

I really need functionality like that on my web site, is there any alternatives to EBA? are there any open source projects like that?

There is ActiveWidgets grid but its current version is sharewae, anyway version 1.0 (which, for some reasons, isn't mentioned on the main page) should be free, here's the link: http://www.activewidgets.com/download/activewidgets-grid-1.0-free.zip
