Hi

If you are a newbie in web world, you need to learn certain technologies if you want to stick in this world. Don't worry most of them are very simple to learn but you can develop web pages without much efforts using web authoring tools or web content management systems.

You need to learn HTML - Hyper Text Markup Language for creating web pages.

If you need to apply styles in your web pages in an efficient manner then you need to learn about Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).

If you want to create web pages that has some dynamic characteristics then you'll have to learn some scripting language like JavaScript (I am sure that it is the most popular scripting language used for client-side scripting).

If you are looking for developing a site with some database functionality/dynamic nature then you'll have to learn at least a server-side technology. There are so many: PHP/ASP/ASP.NET/ColdFusion/JSP, etc are some of them.

If you want to learn HTML/ CSS/ Javascript from a beginner's point you can visit http://www.w3schools.com

I hope you'll be able start your learning process based on the above steps.

Hi
Sorry for the confusion. Can you share your code, you haven't mentioned anything about your problem other than "I have a "problem""

Without knowing ur problem it is not possible anyone to troubleshoot it.

So.. Do you have a problem? Or are you just looking for tutorials as you asked before.

I do have a problem (not important, though as it is just for practice), but trying to figure it myself I think it'd be great, so I'm just looking for tutorials.

As mentioned, what in the GRAPHICS arena are you having problems with? Creating them? Interacting with your site? Etc.

I have no clue what your problem is in regards to graphics, but one site that offers great tutorials for beginners or those looking to become more than amateurs is http://www.lynda.com --- I thought I knew all programs from top to bottom, but these tutorials refreshed my memory and even taught me new things.

I don't know what program you are using but this is a good place to start for many programs, including Photoshop and Flash, Fireworks, etc.

Hope that helps. :)
