Conflict between Cross Browser marquee & Translucent scroller

1) Script Title: Cross Browser marquee & Translucent scroller

3) Describe problem: Separately both scripts work right, but when I use them in the same file Cross Browser marquee crashes. I am totally confused with this situation and I hope that someone could resolve the problem.

If there was similar thread I apologize and ask for direct me to it.

Remove the line:


window.onload=populate

from Cross Browser marquee and replace the lines:


if (ie4||dom||document.layers)
window.onload=startit

from Translucent scroller with these:


window.onload=function(){
if (ie4||dom||document.layers)
startit();
populate();
}

I used modifications advisabled by you and scripts are working just like they should in the beginning.
