Why when I try some of your scripts (that by the way are fantastic!) they work offline, in my browsers & html editor, but then when I put them on the server they do not work?

Somehow, it's been mangled all onto one line, most of which is then commented out because a single-line comment has been used. If you're using some odd WYSIWYG tool to upload it (like Microsoft FrontPage), try using FTP instead. If you're already using FTP, make sure you're uploading in ASCII mode.
