Looking for the preview code

I am looking for the code that previews what a post says before you click on the link

when i go to the New Posts link on this site, and i place my cursor over the link, it will show what the post says in a "preview box" on the same page

That's part of the forum package, not something done with HTML alone. If you want a 'tip' for almost any HTML element, that is simple:
