iframe refresh auto height

I have an iframe set up to auto stretch to the height of the content using a simple java code, but here's the problem. There are links to load different content into that iframe but when it does the iframe stays the same original height from the first stretch and i want to know how i can have it shrink down or expand to a new page being loaded into it. i believe this is possible and can remember reading something about it a while ago but cannot find it anywhere at all.. can anyone help me out here? thanks./

I tried using that script and the a href tag for links being loaded into the iframe and still can't get it to fully work. the height of the frame resizes when links are loaded into it from within the frame itself, but when links form another separate frame are loaded into it, the frame remains the same height - well, acutally, it increases ever so slightly, but noticable.
