How should I write down the HTML commands and be able to upload embedded mp3 music to my Home page?

I want to start to play as soon as my home page is opened.

In order to upload music it all depends on your server really, are you using a paid server or a free one such as Geocities or Tripod?

If you're using a paid one you'll probably want to upload it through FTP. If it's a free service then there is probably a file manager where you can upload it to.
