HV Menu with frames

I can't get it to work on frames. I did exactly what is said in install-frames.html (copy+paste). Menu is shown *under* Frame2. Here, take a look:

How did yoy resolve this problem, cause i'm also doing exactly what install-frames.htm tells, but it still doesn't work....
