I started creating a website for a few friends of mine. I looked at everything in firefox, made sure it looks okay, then uploaded it. Now, when I opened it in IE everything looked disorganized and such. You can see for yourself.

The website is http://www.emplandscaping.com (click enter, the next page is where it gets funky)

Look at the site first in firefox, then IE.

Any help would be extremely appreciated. You can contact me by posting a message on this, emailing me at greyninja009@hotmail.com or IM me on AIM at greyninja009.

Thank you,

Tommy Marshall

Your page is in violation of Dynamic Drive's usage terms (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/notice.htm), which, among other things, state that the script credit must appear in the source code of the HTML page(s) using the script. Please reinstate the notice first.

Aside from that, I'd suggest that you learn to write valid code and use a DOCTYPE. Or, stick to a WYSIWYG editor and don't edit the code manually.

I think the OP might have said 'IE'...

I think the OP might have said 'IE'...

Any excuse to launch into a rant, eh? I might have as easily have asked:

And this helps how?

Keep in mind that greyninja009 isn't concerned with how the site looks locally. Greyninja009 can use what ever browser he/she likes. That will not change the fact that the overwhelmingly percentage installed base of browsers is and will continue to be for quite some time - IE.
