DHTML Announcement Box with clickable link ?

a. Is it possible to modify the script in a way the popup is only displayed by clicking a link referring to the specified div?

b. Is it possible to make several divs with several links without conflicts on a single page?

Unfortunately i'm totally unexperienced with scripts, so any help would be much appreciated.

For that sort of thing, you would want to modify something more like this script:

changing its onmouseover event to an onclick event and its onmouseout event to an onclick event on the tip itself. The reason being that the rest of the code is constructed to allow multiple tips already and doesn't have all the added baggage of the onload events required with the script you mention.
