search box url

hello,

I'm struggling to implement a search box which works by passing the search string to the end of a url and loading that page. eg.

http://localhost/shop/shop.php?pn=trampolines

I want to search trampolines here and load the folowing page when I hit the search button. The user entered trampolines in the search box.
