Collecting client drives

Looking for a script that will collect client drive letters and allow them to be used for downloading files from the web server. The final page needs to have drop-down boxes displaying the available drives.

Not possible, since not all computers have a "drive letter;" it's a very Microsoftian concept, although BSD has them as well (not sure who came first, there).
