Does anyone know any development platform like Eclipse for writing javascript ??

I am talking about a damn professional one (Eclipse ) not just any editor with flimsy color coding stuff!!!

Since javascript is not really a standardised language there is no way to have good code completion. What works in one brouser may not work in another. So be careful not to rely to heavily on the ide. Also, you will not write an application in javascript. Javascript is like the hands of an application. you will need the mind and body on the serverside.

Have you ever used Eclipse before? If you had, you would know what I was talking about. Anyways, any program you think is smart and professional, let me know.

I have, but Eclipse has many features, some of which aren't applicable to Javascript. Which exactly do you want?
