I hadn't heard of the precedent, but the law certainly exists, although I've only ever heard of it being brought against big companies before.

That's insane.

The reasoning for the law makes sense, but that is certainly not the intended use.

Any babysitters out there? Once I charged $8 an hour.
Will I get sued now? Heh... wow.
