Is it possible to do this [ domain pointing question ]

Is it possible or how to use 2 domain names point to the same site, with this conditions

if visitor use domain1.com this domain will use index1.php

if visitor use domain2.com this domain will use index2.php

[ or it's mean 2 index files for different domain in one site]

and both domain must not use redirect url, but use DNS

I'm understand about pointing domain name but with conditions above is it possible ?

Aye, although a redirect would probably be easier. Otherwise you need to use .htaccess.
