HV Menu and DHTML Ad Issue

I was wondering if someone could help me...
I have a DHTML Ad --http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex11/dhtmlad.htm -- on my page, but when it pops up the menu -- http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/hvmenu/index.htm -- covers over it.

Can anyone help?

Don't you want your menu covering your ad? How else will people see to navigate? Perhaps you just need to move the pop up away from the menu.
