table border

i would like to create a table with a border that has a 1 pixel gray line on the very outside, and a 2 pixel white line inside the gray line. right now i am just nesting tables with different borders. Is there a way to use a picture as the border? and if you can, can you get it to rotate so that it would always have the white on the inside. thank you very much for the feedback

This may be an option to nesting tables:

- place table with 2px solid white border inside <div> with 1px solid gray border.

I think it's more W3C specification wise. (Of course it will be fine only if you want outside border:)

Unfortunatly i know nothing about using pictures for table borders :( but in this case i think it's too much trouble for the effect.
