Need to make a directory of businesses available on website...Help!

I am working on a Website for a Treatment Court program and need to upload a Human Services Directory....Name, Address, Phone, Website, Services Provided, etc. I need some format for this and I am struggling on how to set this up so it is easy to navigate....have considered just creating a page with bookmarks and hyperlinks...but this is quite boring....any help would be greatly appreciated.
