Many problems with rsspausescroller(news RSS)

Good evening, i'm an italian developper, and i download here
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex17/rsspausescroller/ this zip file rsspausescroller.zip.
I have more problem when i started this file demo.html because, i receive this error messages :
1)Sorry: It's not possible to reach RSS file
2)I give up trying to fetch RSS feed

The files path is just, but i don't understand where is effectively the problem.
If you can help me kindly to resolve the problem.
