I use FirmTools Photo gallery program...you have to buy it and then purchase any additional themes that you want (it does come with a few). I looked around for a while but it was this one that seemed to look the most professional to me... http://www.firmtools.com

Anyway have a look and see what you think.

If you're looking for a dynamic and easy to use Flash photo gallery check out:

Fotomaps - a unique map-based flash photo gallery solution (http://www.fotomaps.net)

This unique gallery lets you place your photos on a map of your choice to show them in relation to their location. This geographical context gives your photos more meaning. It allows them to tell a story.

You get to explore your photos in a 3D environment by moving around the map. Navigating your map is simple and intuitive. You can zoom in or out, drag the map to different regions, and get caption, photographer, and date information with each photo.

With Fotomaps it is super easy to update your gallery. Everything is controlled through an external XML file. You never have to touch the Flash file to add your photos. Fotomaps it very well documented so it's easy for anyone to use.
