Submit a Form to Selective Email Address

Hi! I am creating a form that will be submitted to a specific individual based on the user's State selection. For example, if the user selects the state of FL in the address field, then the form will be sent to John Doe, but if the user selects IL in the address field, then the form will be sent to Jane Doe.

My forms are being processed by the formmail cgi server-side script. Does anyone have a script or html code that will handle this? I guess I'm needing a script written with arguments, but not sure.

hi,
i'm curious to know if you're using matt's FormMail script or lowercase formmail script. if u have the formmail script i would like to know how to get it. it is a little better than Matt's for checkboxes and radio buttons.
thanks for your help. i believe its a js script.a form is created by using the supplied (may need tweaking) java code and the formmail script doesn't need any editing. the action tag points to the formmail file in the cgi bin.
