php and flash

I have an html file into which i have added a very small amount of php, is is a call to display a php calendar. I have saved the file with the .php extension but my small flash files do not now display.

There is obviously something I am not doing could someone please point me in the right direction?

Obviously, we need to see your page.

php doesn't affect html. It should display just the same way. maybe if there was an error in the code originally, the php makes that error apparent, but it got through as html, but even that seems doubtful.
