Description: This is a nifty cross-browser marquee with added features, such as configurable speed, background color, and option to pause scroller onmouse over. Did we mention it's nifty?

There are in total four variables you'll need to configure- the width, height, speed, and contents of the marquee. Please refer to documentation inside the script for instructions.
