Solid Block Menu (with CSS class name: solidblockmenu)

Instructions: Download "ddlevelsmenu-bar.css" plus the following two images:

and upload them to the same directory where the rest of the menu files reside. Make sure the outermost DIV within your top menu's HTML (code of Step 2 below) uses the new theme's CSS class name of "solidblockmenu" (assuming you're modifying an existing menu).
